I have enjoyed all your workouts that I have done. Thank you. I am a weight lifter and I love the way you sneak in some heart rate elevation(I do not enjoy strict cardio). I have 2 suggestions: 1. Have a beep then a little pop up box with a form reminder such as keep hips square, keep weight in your heels, shoulder back & down…2. More kitty cameos😸. Again, thank you!

I don't understand, my lower back hurts so much in this one 🙁 I usually do not have lower back problems in other workouts but this one is killing me, have done this for the second time and I'm not sure if I will ever try this again.. I avoided everything deadlift alike and half of the workout was not able to do in a proper form so I was just doing some back stretching meanwhile, only did the parts which I felt ok with.. I feel so sad about this one but I'm happy that there are other HR workouts out there 🙂

I really love your approach. You set such a calm and mindful intention with the way you structure your workouts and with there being limited audio.
