I love Flow. Would you consider doing a longer, more challenging flow workout (25-40 minutes) for cardio without any breaks? I used to do similar workouts (e.g. flow, aroha) and they are great for keeping a comparatively moderate heart rate (app. 130-150 bpm) for a long time wich is a good alternative for fat loss and gaining endurance. Unpopular opinion: I dislike jogging …
