I'm so not a morning person but I do love getting up early that's my me time im a mother of two girls 5&6 and it's nice to have my coffee and read a motivational book b4 everyone's up I put on the cutest cozy outfit light a candle snuggle on the couch with my coffee and reflect for about 30min its amazing

This is just what I needed 😊 I do most of these things in the morning, except need to do more organizing at night 😋also i workout after breakfast 😋😋😋 Really I feel like I do these exact same things and your vidoes are just amazing!! Omg, this came at the most PERFECT time! Been trying my hardest to wake up earlier but it hasn't been working. I think implementing some of these tips (especially the cleaning/tidying up the night before and putting the phone far away) will really help get my booty out of bed 😀

I love the nightly prep idea and putting your phone across the room to get out of bed. Im thinking it would also be easier to have something warm and snuggly to wear. Great video!
