This was a great workout, could really feel my core working. Loved the upper back and shoulder moves. Only thing for me is i usually wear shorts to workout and at the end im so sweaty so its hard to do workouts on my knees because i slide around lol

Got to say this is my favorite workout yet! Any time I can do kick boxing I'm in plus the barre moves were so challenging! Love you at the end with your giggle only two more moves left and were done!
