Get ready to feel the burn in this Inner and Outer Thigh workout! We are working on strengthening and toning the thighs with heavier weight, controlled reps and leg exercises that are great for targeting the thighs. You could even add a resistance loop band for even more intensity! Let’s gooooo!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
Inner & Outer Thigh Workout: 4 circuits 40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds each

I despise leg day. With that said, I love how my legs feel afterwards; lean, strong, defined. After the quick cardio and thighs/legs workouts, I am drenched in sweat. Great workout as always. Thank you Heather for challenging and pushing me!

If anyone is wondering how many calories you can approximately burn. I am 173 cm, 58 kg, average heart rate during this workout – 160, calories – 305. Enjoying every Heather's workout. <3

I was not planning on doing a lower body workout today, but I saw this one and had to give it a try. My whole lower body, and maybe my abs too, got a good burn today. It was a great, sweaty workout for the lower half. You cannot go wrong with a Heather Robertson workout!
