I despise leg day. With that said, I love how my legs feel afterwards; lean, strong, defined. After the quick cardio and thighs/legs workouts, I am drenched in sweat. Great workout as always. Thank you Heather for challenging and pushing me!

I was not planning on doing a lower body workout today, but I saw this one and had to give it a try. My whole lower body, and maybe my abs too, got a good burn today. It was a great, sweaty workout for the lower half. You cannot go wrong with a Heather Robertson workout!
