Oooh a new challenge is coming up!! 🙂 So excited for it!! Your kitchen is so fresh and clean (and white!) which I love!! There was quite a bit of excess plastic in the packaging of the Thrive jar products…which I get but still. 🙁 Have to always think of the environment!! Never tried artichoke hearts before so I will for sure have to give this a try! LOL!! I love how much you love spicy stuff!! I died watching you put in all of those jala's!!! I will for sure have to try this avocado mayo though..looks so yummy!!! Fun recipes! Can't wait to try them myself!!! @lovesweatfitness From – @_saragetsfit_lsf

Thank you so much for these simple recipe suggestions! They all sound delicious! I purchased that jackfruit once from my Walmart but I swear I the directions said to heat it in the microwave. You can eat it without cooking it? That wrap looked interesting and scary at the same time! LOL

I’d love to see some ideas for picky eaters. Literally the only thing I would eat in this entire video is the lettuce and chicken 😂 I don’t like typical healthy foods like tuna, salmon, avocado, sweet potatoes, bananas, asparagus, peppers, kale, squash, celery, yogurt, cottage cheese….. the list goes on. My taste has gotten better over the years, but I feel like I have a very limited amount of healthy foods and recipes I can make that I actually like. I’ve bought many healthy recipe books, but they all have recipes with a bunch of foods I don’t like lol,

I am where. you were in life when you started your journey. I need this life change. I am now a single mother of three young boys. I used to run 10 miles a day and let myself go because I was so busy taking care of everyone around me. YOU have totally inspired me… Any advice?

I wished for and hot some absolutely beautiful bowls and plates for Christmas. I can't wait to put so much love and care into cooking and into my kitchen this year. I'm going to love on my cooking and my health so much this year. For January I'm having as many different fruits and veggies as possible. I find coming off holiday food the biggest help is fruit in all its forms. After cakes and desserts it's so helpful to have many different fruits to help come off sugar 💕💕💕
