I don't believe in diets I believe in a healthy living style diets you will fail and you will feel bad for it when you try to eat healthy that means as a living style I mean everyday you try to put healthier stuff in your body you might slip here and there but you're going to learn how to stay on track if you want to lose weight and stay healthy of course it's all up to you this video was good!
