All I eat is breast chicken and broccoli and wild rice with brown rice and free run eggs and lots of penuts e.c.t and fish with sweet potato is this good for me ?

You don't have to eat the eat the food to like it you're eating for purpose we're all eating for purpose that means that the purpose is to gain muscle and get stronger we're not eating till like it remember it's all about purpose!

I don't believe in diets I believe in a healthy living style diets you will fail and you will feel bad for it when you try to eat healthy that means as a living style I mean everyday you try to put healthier stuff in your body you might slip here and there but you're going to learn how to stay on track if you want to lose weight and stay healthy of course it's all up to you this video was good!

If you find yourswlf throwing up eating plain instand oatmeal you can add bananas or some other healthy fruit into it like oranges, blue berries, mango, rasberries….
