Sometimes we lose excess to a gym or ability to lift weights in general, or maybe you have never had a gym membership at all? Well that shouldn’t give us an excuse to do nothing! WE can still continue to work hard to get after the gains!
With calisthenic workouts you can grind in almost any place! You don’t need a gym or a weight room to grind it out! Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, air squats, handstands, etc. You can still get that work! In this video is a collection of workouts you could do to work your different muscle groups. This video isn’t in a follow along style format, but on this channel you will find plenty of those!

I tried the workout while pausing the video throughout so I could time everything properly and I got my ass kicked (just started working out again so it makes sense). Definitely need to try this one consistently!
The chair and wall are technically equipment tho
Ngl this took me 1hr 30 minutes for me to do
I want to do legs too
Isn't this very arm heavy for a full body workout?
Just finished the whole thing for the first time earlier, except I did less reps on the push-ups. 90 total is a bit too much for me at the moment. But is this really a FULL body workout?
That moment when you can do maybe 2 somewhat pushups and a quarter of a handstand 😂🤭 It's ok. I'll get there. 👍🏻
Got a new sub…. Started my journey about a month ago, almost a month and half . making it a habit to workout 5-6 times a week.. going to start doing some of these calisthenics as well..
The Agoge diet is probably the best diet for increasing muscle. I struggled for so long until I started following it.
As a lazy mf who hasn’t worked out in literally 5 years, I appreciate this
What about the legs??
You know you're out of shape when you're tired during the warm-up lmaoooo
🏋️♀️
This is beautiful bro…B1💪🏿
Legs bro ?
Day 1: I'm about to start. It was okay but then I started to feel it.
Day 2: I took that day off because my arms was killing me
Day 3: I'm about to start but I'm going to reduce it to 2 sets each one
Day 4: I'm going to be honest I forgot
Day 5: We start
Day 6: It's all good starting to memorize the pattern
Day 7:I know the pattern and I could do the workout more fluently
Day 8: I didn't do anything I was shopping and then had a party
Day 9: I completely forgot
Day 10: Started to workout and when I say I saw improvement. I saw improvement
Day 11: Started to feel more comfortable so I started adding my boxing routine in this workout
that music tho 😆
I’m 14 yrs old can I do this?
Much Love bro 💯💛
Yo for the wall handstand is it normal for my biceps to hurt after I felt the worst burn in my bicep
Starting my journey before my shipping date into the army. This is about to work wonders man thank you 🙏🏻
0:37 is when the explanation is over. Just leaving this here so when I come back to the video to work out I get straight to it.
dude the triple pushup section kills me….
How long would one have to stick to this until they move on to more advanced calisthenics? Also is it like replacing them with harder versions or….
Thanks for the video, I recently stabilized my maintenance for my leukemia and lost a lot of muscle from chemotherapy so things like this will help me get back in the groove!
Music?
I’m 13 teen I’ve done the workout today so this is day 1 I’ll update you guys if it works or if I see any changes
For beginners! Yeah right. What ever.
great vid men
for being an absolute noob with no muscle do you recommend doing 1 repetitions first and go up from there?
can anyone tell me what 3xmax means
Do these target bicep and abs as well
Holy shit I love this video, straight to the fucking point. I can see the workout clearly and you clearly tell how many to to do and why and the stuff is actually beginner stuff! You got a sub from me
This is so freaking awesome for me because I don’t have the workout know how to build an exercise regimen. Having it there takes the guess work out and now I can just do it. Thanks a ton man!
So no legs
my hands hurt after the habd stand like shit man
I cannot do 1 push-up, pull-up, or chin up! Help!
I am 74 years of age
5' 6" 145 lbs.
woah , I knew there wasnt just One Universe, so glad I found the BullyVerse😂👌🏾
Dat handstand is no joke…
1:27 A note on the arm circles, I've heard from a professional trainer you should do it both sides, it warms up different muscles
Sorry but this isn't for beginners
I did all this and I finally got my first hand stand up to 5 seconds this helped a lot thank you so much
This is so amazing. I tried to do this half of the original workout reps since I don't have any experience in workout. I am going to do this and commit until I can do the normal workout menu. Thank you!
Are the windmills 10 per side?
Is this the entire workout? And if so does this build muscle mass aswell as muscle strength? I only care about getting stronger but it would be nice to see progression as well
I did this workout for 6 months adding reps as it got easier and I went from 290 to 235 with proper diet. Fast forward 4 months later I’m 270 and due to getting way to comfortable and skipping my previous meal plans I’m back again forgot a few of the workouts involved going to restart the process and hopefully won’t fall off again I know it works just need to keep my dedication to it.
Is this for beginners? I don't think so.
cool with everything except the handstand workouts, that seems like a little too much for a beginner.
Legs and back ?
First time trying this. Some of this is really hard! Haha will keep at it.
Thanks for this video. It's helping a lot. How much time do you recommend between sets? Eg. between normal pushups and then the wide pushups! Thanks!
