Amazing once again. I was sick and had a little break in my workout routine because of this. The workout was perfect to get back into sporting. Definitely sweaty but not too hard. Loved it and feel ready to start my day.

This low impact HIIT is a great workout. I broke a great sweat and feel like it is working different muscles than when I do the regular HIITs. Great variety! Thanks!
