First year of lifting, iv been really enjoying the gains and seeing all the numbers go up, put on around 25 pounds of muscles… I’m 150 now benching 230, 270 squat and 330 deadlift… you’ve been a huge inspiration Omar and ur one of the reasons I started powerlifting/bodybuilding 💪🏻💪🏻

Idk if you read the comments on old videos but I recently suffered a hernia and the gym is pretty much my life. I know you discussed in a video before about what was going on but would you be willing to do a video about your recovery after surgery or possibly emailing me? I’m just worried about missing so much time in the gym.
