Excellent workout. I feel so powerful now
Wow, so I never thought I would like this. I normally don't like yoga. But this morning, I woke up with a sore lower back. I decided to try the workout and I am so amazed! My back is feeling much better now and I also worked up a sweat. Thanks Amy! You are SO amazing!!

What a great yoga workout! I usually feel like time is at a standstill during yoga and get impatient. I loved this format and got the much needed stretches and mobility! I’m excited to do this one again.
I didn't expect this to feel like a workout but it got my heart rate up! Great for a tired morning or recovery day.
I am "one of those people" who does not like traditional yoga…but I always want stretching and flexibility! This format was AMAZING, it went by quickly, was fun, AND I felt great at the end!! Thank you for your creativity, Amy!

I woke up today thinking about yoga but I don't have the patience for it and I don't feel it is effective as a weights workout. This was the best of yoga and pilates and it even made me sweat! Thanks Amy, I'd love more like this please.

This was a perfect workout for having a rest day and not really wanting to rest. 😅 I like yoga flows but I do struggle with the slowness of yoga sometimes so this was right up my alley!
