Another great workout! I love this short cardio workouts because I can then lift too and not spend an enormous amount of time working out! Loved this one!

Really glad I previewed this and saw the sweat round would not work for me, so stayed with 2 rounds of cardio–which got me sweating plenty! Sometimes added an extra reach up between lateral moves, or put hands flat on floor to get lower. But I felt successful doing it my way. Thank you for the reminder from the beginning that we could stay standing or at the base level if that's what we need. I felt pretty good staying at that second level!
Love this workout especially the options to modify. First go round, I stopped when there was like 14 minutes left. A good way to work up to a full 30 minutes for beginners.

Been almost a month since I’ve done just a cardio workout – by the jacks/plank jacks I felt SO ENERGIZED and like I could tackle the world (NOT how I normally feel in a combo like that…). By the tuck jump and that final set??? Death. Total. Death. Clearly need to keep working on my power 😉

Ugh, it’s humid here today so I’m sweating extra hard! This was a good workout for a day I was tempted to be lazy – built to pushing myself harder than I had planned. BTW I really appreciate all the extra graphics you’ve added lately – helps keep me on track.
