I've been staying away from these long workouts, but wanted to try this one. Loved the first 4 rounds. But the fast up & down on the fifth was hard–I had to keep pausing to lay down a towel and make my way up and down safely, plus I was hitting real fatigue. The final round I was going really slow, and frankly was having a hard time feeling successful by the end, due to exhaustion. I would really like an occasional short or medium length routine that is more doable for me.
I'm just now beginning to appreciate that you incorporate mobility into your workouts. Thank you for all you do and I loved this workout! I feel really good after doing it.

That was definitely needed! I always drag my feet to do the workouts but I always feel so so much better afterwards.

I am back, but still recovering from my knee pain. This tabata workout was so nice, I was doing all the modifications and "be where you are today" helped me through. Love working out with you Amy!:-))
