Can some tell me what 180g Protien
220g Carbs
55g Fat would total up to in calories, I really have no idea when it comes to tracking macros, first time trying.

You said weigh everything cooked if it needs cooking and raw if it's eaten raw. So you're saying if I eat 120g pasta, I should weigh it once it's cooked rather than before I boil it? Surely it's exactly the same calories when it's raw??

It's incredible how the height can affect the amount of muscle you need to look a certain way like I'm almost 6 5 and if I get close to 180 I can even se my ribs my goal this year is to get as close as possible to 220 if I can haha
