Building muscle requires resistance! Whether you’re using your body weight or heavy iron against gravity, or just some rubber bands! Resistance is really all you need!(and of course diet and some other things, but you get the point!) Here is an at home workout routine you can use to hit your full body in only 10 minutes!
If this is to easy, repeat the entire 10 minutes for a few more rounds! I promise you will feel the burn!

I feel that a lot of these movements have too much slack and not enough negative resistance. That said, one can always adjust for their own personal requirements. Excellent upload

I'm a woman but I noticed in these YT videos that the women instructors use the loop resistance bands (mini bands) most of the time but the men tend to use these full/regular resistance bands. I wonder why that is….I actually prefer using these.
Obvs I don't mind watching instruction/tutorial vids from men but after searching tons of vids on YT it just hit me.

some exercises you show dont make sense at all. with your lunges and butterflies, your band wont exert any force against movement direction

This is literally my go to for a while now. And i came into today after about 3 days of not doing any routines and this just kickkkked my asss! All these other guys have videos of like 25 min 30 min ….lol This 10 minutes feels like 30 lol But it works!!!!!!!
