i do boxing classes 3 days a week for an hour but i wanna do this challenge because i want to get stronger for boxing and loose belly fat .. is it bad if i still do this challenge and do boxing at the same time ???

I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and lost 2kg in just 10 days. So far, so good. Can't wait to see numbers on scale after 20 more days. I am so excited about this.
