Idk man Phil has had issues with his gut for like 7 years how hard to believe anything he says at this point.
Has Phil ever said he is going to retire or hint to it? Or all of this is just speculation just because he didnt compete 2019 and didnt win in 2020.

Phil had a great run but his time has come to an end. He isn't as dominant as he was during his reign. Phils Mass and conditioning have declined and with the bloated stomach, it's not likely he wins. Man has nothing to prove anymore, retire while healthy champ.

I guess I am not following the qualified list for the Mr O. It looks like its missing names. Has Rhoden been cleared to compete? If yes, as a prior winner its automatic qualification. What about Flex Lewis? Since he won the lower weight class MANY times, should he be on the list? Winkler should get a special invite regardless of his placing in any show or shows prior. He hit a tough patch of road last year but he is still a huge threat and a fan favorite. Help me out on this one Nick. As to Phil, its not really a comeback. He competed last year and that was his comeback year. So its more of a question as to how long he stays in the game. He is looking great so why not bring the real Phil to the stage and see how he compares to Ramy. Ramy is incredible but lets be honest…..he hit a peak once in the Mr O and that was obviously last year. The question is can he be consistent? If Phil comes in 100% and Ramy is off (lets say 90%), Phil will win. Outside of the ab issue, Phil has no real weaknesses. Ramy has a few. What I would love to see is a Phil and Ramy at 100% and then see where it lands. It would be VERY close for sure. Whatever happens, both are great champions.
