I like when you do one full cycle and then back through the same exercises because I can still get a full body workout even if I have to cut it short…#momlife

Loved this workout. I love all of your EMOM type workouts they just fly by. It gets my heart rate up, I'm always sore the next morning because I feel encouraged to always push myself a little more each time and these formats make it easy. I know it's all in my head but that's where the bulk of the battle is. Thank you sooooo much for these workouts!
Loved this! Now that gyms have opened back up, I've made a lot more strength progress, but I still come back to do your workouts once/week. I like that this was still really challenging (and burned 300 cals according to my fitbit!)

I workout almost everyday and am hardly ever sore anymore but two days after this workout and my glutes and hamstrings are feeling it. Sitting down is not fun right now. 😅 Must mean it’s a good workout though.

I wasn't sure about the length of this one (especially as I'd done a 10 minute workout earlier!), but I did it!! I'm so glad I did and I loved every minute! Really like this format of going up and down reps, and my glutes really felt those lunges! I think I'm done for today and am going to have a rest now! Thanks so much for such a thorough workout Amy!
