If you don’t have a weight at home for this full body workout, just use a jug of water, or even a backpack to get the job done. As long as you have some sort of weight, you can get to the GAINS! Try doing one of his 30day body weight challenges w the 30 day dumbell challenge, its the best thing ive done, I take full rest days and cheat days w my diet on Sunday but workout the rest of the week

I'm doing the Kobe Bryant Challenge wake up at 3-4am sleep by 9-10pm. This has been my morning workout for the last two days. I'm aiming for a month. I'll update soon.
I would say this is one of Bullyjuice's most effective workouts. Killer 10 minutes!
Am curious if I will see any results in like 2-3 months? I have a mild problem with alcohol but i'm100% willing to give that sh.. up to be able to take my shirt off at a beach or some sh.. like that. I miss the body I had when I smoked cigarettes honestly, solid build 185lbs (i'm 5'10 male) and I've worked physically demanding jobs past 14 years. I just have a shitload of fat to burn to let my muscles shine 🙂

Thank you for this workout, very fast but effective. I used a 15 pound dumbbell but I really felt it.
Should I do 30days straight or take a day of rest every three days?
What parts of the body, do each one of these workout? I mean doesn't each one work out the triceps, biceps, that's what I mean when I ask that question
