That was absolutely fantastic. I was not sure if I had the energy to get through it as I left it till a bit late in the morning to get to the workout. Definitely one that I will return to and I am loving your form and your instructions including the compound movements as Rademacher mentioned just her. Thank you, I am sweating from head to toe. I must keep reminding myself to see the changes from these workouts, I absolutely need a bit of discipline in the intake of my food that does not help with burning the excess fat.
