OmarIsuf Please do a video about relative strength, I have a lot of trouble defining how strong/weak I am. Most people just talk in sheer amount of pure weight.
Ex: I'd rather know that as a beginner I should be able to do 75% of my body weight as a beginner on the bench-press, 100% after 1 year, etc etc.

My Max deadlift is 210kg but my Max squat is only 130kg . Legs so weak

I'm trying to get stronger, so when I'm old I hopefully wont be using a walker. There's too many frail old people, due to sedentary lifestyles.

At 45 joint health is everything. My bench is currently going backwards because at any given time one of my shoulders is in consistent, sharp pain and the “fix” seems different each time.
