This channel features of variety of people with separate training styles and programs that they run concurrently with Barstarzz training. So the answer is dependent on the person in the video. One thing stays true for all is most of their workout is Calisthenics somewhere near 75%.

Recommended reps and sets for these exercises for beginners?
Faaat cheeeks
I am 100 lbs, 5’4, 53 years old, fit….. I am not strong at all but run and cycle long distances but can’t do push ups or pull ups. Any advice?
She is Not tall,so the Training Works faster… Tall Womens,is much harter. But good Exersice.
