Join me for this foam roller release workout. In this workout we’re going to release the tightness and tension in your body using a foam roller. This is great to use as a warm up before your workout, a cool down after, or between your workouts on your recovery days. All you need is a foam roller, a mat, and some floor space. Let’s do it!

Hi Amy and all! Dying to try this workout but need to purchase a foam roller. I have one which is short and very densely, that I purchased when I sprained/broke my ankle. Wondering what type to purchase for workouts like this. Length and density please. Thanks in advance!!

Omg! If there are other roller moves out there, we need more videos with them all. I’ve had a roller for years but didn’t know exactly what to do with it. I had no idea I was so tight in my lats/back/shoulders. 😵 Feeling so much better now. 😌
