I love ur videos ! I have a low thyroid too and I also fast …. I can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone anywhere asking if thyroid meds break ur fast???? I get mixed answers …. do u know the answer to this ? Hoping u can help !

Creating a little workout space definitely helped keep me motivated. It’s space enough for a yoga mat, little weights and resistance bands. It’s definitely made a difference, and helped motivate me to keep my room clean as well, because it’s my bedroom that is the workout space as well. I’m still working on asking for what I want… also trying to figure out what I want!

Loved this video!!! You are so uplifting!! My daily goal that I am trying to incorporate is drinking my 5x water bottles a day. I know that it seems simple but it's not necessarily so that is my daily goal right now!! I put elastic bands on my water bottle and as I drink one, I take it off so I know how many more I have to go! So fulfilling taking off those bands!! Great video Katie!!! – @_saragetsfit_lsf

I love #4 Celebrating Others Success. I have to remind my self instead of getting jealous of someone’s success to truly be happy for them. And it costs me nothing to be proud of them. Maybe it could inspire me to do better in my life.

#6 made me smile… I went after what I wanted… dropped all the hints and now in a relationship haha… it may be long distance right now because of covid but hey, heart wanted who it wanted

Also, I'm sure you've done a video on this at some point but could you do a video on benefits of water, even though I'm sure we know most of them and how to figure out how much to drink? I drink 96-128oz in the summer its hot and barely any in winter (I know l know lol)
