6Bigmacs per day vs. A LOT of chickenbrest! If you don't eat ALL your protein as chickenbrest but also use eggs, peas,.. you propably get even cheaper (and more healthy). 6Bigmacs/day bye the way sounds like 'supersize me' sounds like planed suizid by 'injecting the golden burger'! 😉
beautiful! Loved it! In nursing school, for a nutrition class, the professor had to present the information that McDonalds is Cheaper than making your own food (not the same example, but I am just referencing this video). She stopped her lecture and shook her head and said, "no, that is bullshit. This information is old."
I guess my self limiting belief is that I will never lose this god damn tyre around my waist. I only started to take weight lifting seriously 2 months ago, when I got my own home squat rack. Now I have no excuse to hit the gym which holds me accountable to my actions.
I think that "mansion" belongs to Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street.
Except that this is actually a pretty stupid comparison, because if you were on a budget you wouldn't eat big macs, you'd eat the much cheaper hamburgers or cheeseburgers. This changes the comparison a lot, you would now spend $10 for 3k calories (on cheeseburgers) and even less on hamburgers. Very biased way of approaching this issue. So you could actually save $200 per month on burgers.

Does perception affect reality…. never thought about it but very true 👍
Have Korean food. Eat Kimchi everyday. It is cheap If you can make it.
My body starts to feel like shit if I'm eating out everyday and that is pretty much the only reason I meal prep.
