Was looking for 15 mins focused, no jumping up and down so I don’t wake anyone, get the muscles burning and heart rate up. Perfectly fits my requirements.

I am all kinda outta shape! About that 3 minute mark… okaaaay. And why can I not balance on my curtesy lunges… I have to keep a split stance or fall out of the move altogether! Ugh!!
