No jumping and no repeats in today’s Low Impact HIIT workout! We are using dumbbells in today’s sweat sesh for added resistance and intensity. These total body low impact exercises will get that heart rate up and help to build lean muscle and burn fat without jumping making this an apartment friendly and joint friendly session. I love how the no repeats make me push myself harder..knowing I only have to do each exercise once! My heart rate gets just as high doing that with the low impact…and that's amazing!! 💪👏 Thank you!!
