Hi! I’m sure you’re already aware, but iodine is extremely important in supporting your thyroid. Depending on how bad your hypo is, it’s possible to heal it with iodine. The book ‘The Iodine Crisis’ is a great read/resource!

I have never foam rolled, Do you have a video on it? Lol. I actually lost a lot a weight and cellulite jump on my inner thighs. What heck!! I'm trying to figure out how to get that off?? I don't have a uterus due to cancer, I wear a hormone patch and wonder if that's why I have cellulite, because never had it before. I eat so good, I eat no dairy, red meat and have a drink maybe once every other month. I drink 2 liters of water and I eat tons of veggies. I guess I need to up my workout plan. Thanks for the video.

Cellulite is all about your fascia health. It has nothing to do with your weight or how much or how little you workout. It all has to do with the health of your fascia. If your fascia is not in good shape(also known as bound) then you have more cellulite. Look into fascia blasting by Ashley Black. I highly recommend her book The Cellulite Myth by Ashley Black. It will save you so much trouble because it will help you understand what it is actually is, what causes it and how to effectively get rid of it.

It makes me so sad/slightly angry that people were telling you that what you personally did for your own body was wrong and must mean you don’t love or accept it. That’s so wrong. I don’t think getting my boobs done would ever be right for me but I totally support anyone who does it as long as it makes them happy and they do it safely. People need to recognize that body positivity doesn’t mean that someone else should do what you think is right, but what they think is right.
