Love the AMRAP format, especially for longer workouts. The time flew by and I was able to use heavier weights the entire time.
Great. It wasn’t hard and I was able to do all of them without getting too tired though it made me sweat a lot. So I really enjoyed it and felt energetic and great after that. Thank you Emy!

The circuits were like four minutes of bonus moves. This was great!
What I ❤️- simple moves so could really concentrate on good form, frequent reminders about form-these really help! Engaging, went quick with only 8 reps of each and fun!! You do such a great job and have changed my fitness forever, it’s incredible what you do through utube! Thank you so much from a busy mum of 3 from Australia 😊😊

This format is so brilliant 🤩, I really like it when you are using different equipment. And it goes by so fast, I didn’t realize how hard it is till the end. I am tired 😅. Great job, Amy 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

I completed half of this workout from having a very busy week but I’m still pleased I showed up. I do prefer your other exercises which doesn’t include doing as many as you can but rather more guided. I felt like I was burning myself out before I got chance to move to the next exercise. In the future I’ll stick to your other exercises which I love xx

Loved this workout! Wasn't too hard to get through each group of exercised but I feel like jello at the end. Really enjoy this format.
