I LOVE AMRAPs!!! I can't say it enough. I always feel good when I end a workout panting and needing a rest. The first circuit got my abs on fire, the second was a great cardio push, the third felt like an active rest of sorts (compared to the others), and the fourth was a great cardio burnout.
