Nice! I'd suggest moving on to pike push-ups and eventually handstand push-ups (wall assisted or freestanding) for even more muscle growth. Personally I noticed significant gains in my arms and tighter abs since doing HSPU's.

does weight loss help with easier pullups? im currently on low-carb diet hoping to shed some pounds soon, but will it make easier for me to do pullups if im down by lets say 10-20 pounds?

I want to do diamond push ups but I have a deformation in my chest as my sternum is too far out. It's called pectus carinatum and I was informed to do wide push ups to build muscle on outside of my chest so it balances up for deformation. But I want to build every muscle so I don't know should I do diamond push ups or not.
I just jerk off alot. seems to work and keep my arms toned too. gotta be sure to switch arms though.

when we do the pull up/chin up , we do it with close gap between the hand or wide gap ?
