Dana, that was the most exhausting online workout I've ever tried out. Great job! The only thing I missed was a distinctive sound or beep at the end of the 20/30 sec time, so I wouldn't have to look up and see the seconds. A big thank you for posting such amazing workouts!

This is exactly what I needed. I haven't been doing my DLB workouts the last few days bc I've been in a mood and can't get myself to do it. So I decided I was going to do this video today. It was nice to not only see how the exercise was suppose to be done but to do it with Dana was a nice motivation factor, helped keep me going. 💪💪

I loved this workout!!! It is very very difficult though and I’m really proud of myself for completing it.
First off, I love this format to mix up your other videos because I feel like I’m working out with you and it’s super motivating. I like the demos in the beginning. Maybe it would help though to have a time stamp link to the beginning of the workout. Also I agree with other comments it would be nice to have a beep at the ends of the rounds.
Love it! I like the explanation and demos of the exercises up front before the actual workout. Would love to hear the start and stop buzzer though.
