I definitely needed this today! My "why" is that I want to create healthy habits so that when I move away from home next year, I have those good habits to fall back on and I can continue to live a full and healthy life!

I haven’t been able to do this challenge because I had surgery on my ovaries so I’m still in the recovery process but my fitness journey begins on 22nd of this month. My Why is 2 things: 1. I’ve put on 3 stone while I’ve been written off work and unable to move around easily so I need to get it back off to get back to my musical theatre dream career. 2. Not being able to move around for a month has given me so much determination to achieve mountain climbs and swims and runs because I’m able bodied and I’m capable of these things if I get to the physical peak I need, doing it for those who don’t get to choose what they can do physically

My why is myself! I was putting myself and well being last and it took a toll mentally and physically. I gained 10 pounds in a year! That made me feel worse. I needed a change and I made the commitment to myself to do it. I wake up early to have my me time to meditate, do yoga and take a studio class! Love the app and it really does keep me motivated.

I'm so glad I found this video, bc I am currently in my week three of working on myself in the gym and lately I've been feeling a sense of restraint of my fitness journey and this just helped motivate me to make it to my gym before it closed for the night and I put in my workout for the day.
