i can muscle up with a minor kip but my main problem is my elbows flare out and in front of me sometimes, how do i prevent the flaring of my elbow?

What I think works best if you can already do 3+ muscleups: do muscle ups with slow negatives, then do muscle ups cleaner with slow negatives, until the muscle ups become so clean its strict.
