Don't be fooled if you do this in the morning, afternoon, and then before you go to bed for 30 days straight. Watch how you body changes!!!!🤦🏾♂️ I would know cause my 30 days is almost up and the results are worth it.

I started this 8 days ago with only one rest day that was yesterday and compared to the first day where i barely could do the 30 second push ups I can now do the entire thing except for a couple of diamond pushes in the end. This workout is great man ive been combining it with the 5 min warm up too!

I've been doing this for 5 days now and I can already see some results. And anyone can do it cause who doesn't have just 5 minutes to spare before bed.
