I thought I had cute outfit, but no no, you are so cute and your outfit is too. I had very active night with my 3yo who has bad cold and I was so tired. I decided to take a rest today… But second no no, I showed up and had a blast. Thank you Amy for challenging us and making us to keep moving, such a self award! Amazingly designed workout. I’ve been in a Gym RUTT lately but I’m really trying to push myself & get these workouts in.
Also I want to feel great about eating WHATEVER I want at Christmas so this is a real test to my dedication at the moment! I will do it!

Loved this format. With the title I didn't think it would involve too much cardio but I was wrong. This was brilliant. Thank you.
Loved the interesting format and the new moves! I was working out in a small space today and had to modify a few conditioning moves, but it still had me huffing and puffing and dripping sweat by the end. The bonus round felt a little rushed – I could do 6 reps in good form for your 8 – but it was still a good combo of all the moves we had visited in the workout. Nevertheless, I have that satisfied feeling of having worked upper, core and lower body well, all within 35 minutes. Got in a few more minutes of my own cool down and stretch. Thanks for the great workout Amy!
This one snuck past me and lucky me I found it! More like this format, please, Amy! Minimal rest, good cardio conditioning, allows me to work with heavier weights too!
