This is your BodyFit by Amy 25-Minute Standing Mobility Flow Workout! One thing that all athletes fit into their training regimen is mobility work so we’re going do this workout all from a standing position using just your own bodyweight. We will get mobility flexibility, we’ll get your heart rate up for cardio, but most of all we will get you stretched out and feeling good. Are you ready? Let’s do it!

I really appreciate these types of workouts because I have SI instability on both sides and a bad shoulder injury from last year. Also even 2 1/2 years postpartum after my fifth child my joints are all still loose and prone to strain. Every time I try to venture into anything more quick paced or higher impact I immediately get an injury. Your workouts have kept my going (especially your prenatal and postpartum series) for three years now, thank you 😊
