You da man ! Workin' that 'soft tissue' is some of the toughest things to do for us men.
day:1… the workout is sooooo tough on the 1st day but i 100% recommend this workout if trying to loose body fat.. and remember if you are trying to loose weight be on a low calorie deficit.

U won't burn fat with this. U will only strengthen your core.u need instesive movement. The best 1 is just go in run outside. Do sprints if u can. Thats how fat is burned
