I wanna get in shape but then again I’m not willing to spend a fortune on steroids and waste time denying it so I guess I’ll just stick to training when I can eat what I want within reason and enjoy going out on the piss now and again instead
You can get a sleeve for the Mac book with all the attachments inside the sleeve so you don’t have to have a thousand wires !!!
I want that book

How do you have a push session in an hour?! I'm in the gym almost 2 maybe more for every session..
This man also has my goal physique. I loved that Joe Rogan Podcast. Currently reading Jordan Peterson's new book in between Muay Thai training sessions.

Hey Rob, awesome video. I have a question that i cant seem to get an answer for. I see you use the x4-9-4 multipliers for the kcal total. When i add up the grams and kcal that ive used from the label on the back of the food packages i always end up with way more kcal. For example: A package says 100g contains 4.8g carbs, 2,4g protein, 0 fat and 37 kcal. When i use the multipliers those grams would add up to 28.8 kcal. At the end of a day the difference is huge. (sometimes 200 kcal). My question is, which method would be the most reliable for a cut?
