This was part of the January challenge and really love it. Moves that aren’t too difficult, amazing view. For me it was almost a 2 mile walk. Would love more like these. 💪❤️

Loved this "outdoor" walk today. Its extremely cold, icy and snowy here today. My Apple watch clocked my walk at 1.06 miles and shows 2385 steps. Where did you film this exactly, it's lovely.

I really like this paths style! I love to trail walk on nice days so the going up and down hills, and following a narrow path, really put me in the outdoor mood. I'm really sore from a Pilates workout a few days ago, and believe me I felt every one of these moves in my core muscles. Whew!
After the cat's first appearance, I was on cat watch the whole time. 😹 Anyone else, or just me?

I have been following your workouts for around 10 months. I’m 74 years old and My partner died a few months before the first lockdown. I was in a bad place but now I am fitter; look and feel healthier and I’ve lost 1 stone and 6 lbs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
