I love Bondi Sands 🙂 Great tanner. My favourite way to pamper myself is to run a bath, put in epsom salts; the Magnesium really helps relax me and my muscles. I put a face mask on, pour myself a Kombucha in a wine glass and watch some netflix while in the bath. It's so relaxing! Or sometimes I just put sleep music for babies on from spotify, that is super chill too. Love these videos Katie!

This video was so cute!! I get the whole dry hair and brittle nails thing…ugh. I actually stopped highlighting my hair 8 months ago because it was just breaking! So hard not to highlight as I miss my blonde…The difference between my natural hair that has grown in versus my always dyed hair is insane! It's so nourished, strong, healthy and glossy and the other half is so brittle and crispy! I also have been just trying my best to let my hair dry naturally and leave my nails alone as well. The shellac absolutely destroys my nails but it looks so nice and polished!! I saw that you used little silicon cups for the hanger bombs and that would be so much easier so I'm going to try that next time for sure!! You are so inspiring Katie!! Love this routine and that mushroom and pesto appetizer looks so good, I will definitely try that one. I need to try the Drunk Elephant products again and love the reminder to make a self care night and routine. I try to take a soak, exfoliate and then put on a fruit enzyme mask.

Katie, I found you through Popsugar a few weeks ago and I'm so, so grateful I did. I've struggled with thyroid issues for a few years now, and seeing the way you live your life when you struggle with the same thing has been so inspiring to me. I started working out regularly a few times a week, using your videos at least once or twice, and now I'm up to doing a 30 minute workout every morning! I've started eating better, listening to my body more, and feeling so much better with a lot more energy. Thank you so much! Seeing you do this really made me feel like I could too.
I agree with you on trying to keep things natural. My mother in law and I usually go get pedicures almost every month so I’ve been polish free on my toes and they’re growing so much healthier now
