After working out consistently Mon-Fri I didn't want to do anything today (maybe a walk?) but decided I could really use the stretch. So glad I did! Maybe a little more "work" than I wanted (hello, planks) but felt sooo good. Thanks, Amy for another great "rest" day workout!

WOW that's exactly what I needed tonight! Been feeling really tight after getting back to dance classes and it was a nice recovery workout! Very good point about the bird dog move about the core activating when you shift your weight forward!

This is so what I needed. It may have to be added in every Sunday. My scoliosis has really been bothering me the last few days and this truly helps. I really like the combo of Pilates with the yoga because it keeps me moving. Yoga alone is too slow for me but I absolutely need the stretching it provides. Thank you Amy for always finding ways to make these fusion workouts so amazing!!!
