***Thai Panang Curry Recipe***
48P/12C/7F (Not including rice) *NOT including 1 cheeseball 😉
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
▹ 2lbs of Chicken Breast
▹ 2 Green Bell Peppers
▹ 1 Red Bell Pepper
▹ 1 Can Lite Coconut Milk
▹ 1 Can Panang Curry Paste
▹ 2 TBS Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
▹ 3 TBS Splenda
1. In a large sauce pan, spray with cooking oil and add all the bell peppers- cover and stir occasionally.
2. In a separate large sauce pan, heat curry paste on medium heat for a few minutes (And don’t burn down your apartment 😜)
3. Add peanut butter and allow to melt snd mix with curry paste
4. Add chicken, mix with curry/peanut butter and cook through
5. Add can of coconut milk
6. Add Splenda and stir till well combined
7. Combine cooked bell peppers with chicken curry mixture.
8. Pour over rice or riced cauliflower

What do you put in your coffee? I can't break away from creamer that is the only thing I use that is not good .. I eat healthy but the creamer defeats the purpose.💁
Have you tried body armored drink yet? It's all natural and it is much bettet than powerade or gatorade.. They taste so good .. The pinapple coconut is my fave 😊

Just out of curiosity have you considered doing any research with the correlation between diet and cancer? I watched several videos with mic the vegan who sited different studies that weren’t antidotal or pseudo science showing the extreme health benefit of an all vegan diet. The diet showed to also stop cancer cells from multiplying.
What calorie counting app do you use/reccomend?

I do the same in the morning. I have quite an appetite as well so it's really interesting how I can go hours in the morning without feeling hungry, then the minute I start eating is when "the monster" aka, my appetite, wakes up and is in full force. Yup, I call my appetite "the monster" or "the wild beast."
Is it hard to eat healthy after a cheat day?
How do I meet my macros and lose body fat if I'm not able to eat? I'm trying to lose body fat …mostly trying to lose belly fat and get a flat stomach but it's hard for me to hit my macros because I don't have a big appetite…I maybe eat 2 times a day…sometimes 3 and that's it…I can eat small things like nuts and berries but not big meals…actual meals are hard for me to eat…xl
