I do love these workouts from bullyjuice but this one falls flat. This on should just be called "Jump a lot". And the "Copy Me" parts have no rhyme or reason to them.

The countdowns on this video are very inconsistent. Sometimes hes yelling at us and ither times its a whisper.

I tested positive for covid and felt like working out in my quarantine room. This was great!
I'm going to bump up to this one once my body gets used to the first one. Been doing the original 10 minute routine every day and 18 hour fasts and I feel like a brick house again after less than one week. Feels great waking up muscles my body forgot it had. Even got rid of 5 pounds of bloat in the first few days. Haven't been in fighting shape since high school.

1.0 morning workout was great. This one has more cardio. But the some of the countdowns are missing. Also, the "copy me" parts are too erratic to follow

Did this today for the first time after doing 1.0 for a couple of months, I feel this one is more intense but is also just more cardio and plyo stuff, better for our brothers looking for weight loss but not so much for me looking for muscle gain, gonna stick with 1.0 then shift up to his more intense stuff 😀
