It is funny, you used to bash the high fat diet. Like you stated it was a ridiculous diet. But, I'm glad you are on this path now. Kudos
I liked this video so much I disliked it so I could like it again. 😎 excellent info. 🤘
Liked the video in the moment lex recommended buying meat from a halal butcher 😏 as a Muslim I am fascinated about the fact that lex knows about halal butchering ❤️
Halal! No!!
Chicken, rice and broccoli for life gang
I can definitely vouch for buying higher quality meat. I've stopped buying supermarket meat precisely because it's pumped with water. On top on the meat shrinking by almost half, it just takes so much longer to get good colour on it because of the water. High quality meat means more meat and better, crispy meaty goodness.
You should talk to joe Rogan on his podcast #jre
Some great advice, thanks. Great video
its all about the high fat, high carb, low protein diet
4:10 side note the process of making meat halal also will help get rid worms and parasites that are in the chicken after the initial processing
Man this video was full of some whack shit. So many contradictory and empty statements.
i eat atleast 8 eggs a day, lol.
Free range chickens are still stuck in a giant warehouse. Free range chickens can be classified as 2,000 chickens in a warehouse. The only way to make sure your eggs are free range is to buy from a small farm or ask a neighbour
Thank you for that vlog, 27mins of valuable knowledge. I watched on my TV but logged on my phone so I could make the effort to give you a thumbs up
I just really like bagels
Doesn't diet depend on the person seen as every one is different
Great info Lex!
All that fat can't be good for you in the long run … ?
I agree that eating red meat is not truly connected to heart disease however, being in the science field I have read some studies that do connect red meat to increasing colorectal cancer due to the specific heme iron found in red meat. It has been found that “limiting” red meat (not eating everyday) is safe… not sure if you found similar info! Just a heads up!
Egg yellows, in the uk we call it the yolk
You forgot about the steroid diet too
Lex I hate to break it to you- “free range” eggs are really not any better than non free range! The hens are given a tiny fraction more slave but are still treated terribly and crammed into small cages living on top of one another
Soooo? The big Q. What is the Macro on high fat low carb breakdown????
Very informative. Yet again 👍🏾
Hey how to calculate how many grams of fat should one take if opting for a high fat diet
Great video Lex.
Playlist link is broken tho
I take out friuts when I'm cutting because it does not fuckin filles you up you end up hungry after a few minutes so I prefer taking 30 g carbs from rice than from medium banana that have approximately 30gcarbs all sugars that does not give you long term energy
What’s your opinion on meal replacements like Huel? I’m currently using it as way to not snack on crap during the day as I’m a lorry driver.
Thanks for the lesson in nutrition, bring on the shred.
Coffee with coconut oil and dark chocolate before i go to the gym……Things are looking up 🙂
I love those Cod in butter sauce bags. I always thought they weren't that good for you!
Dude, I’m a big fan but you should read up on your foods before you promote such diets to your audience. A high consumption of red meat might not lead to cardiovascular disease but a meta analysis shows it to increase many cancer risks 😬
There also no such thing as ‘good’ dietary cholesterol. Again, many studies out there about dietary cholesterol and heart disease.
C’mon man!
Excellent video! Thanks for breaking this down and explaining the what and why.
Lex,
Splitting calories between carbs and fats is GREAT, but would you still be able to build muscle on such low carbs ?
Or are you talking about doing this for cutting only?
Please answer this one m8👍
Anyone else think he sounds like a british tom hanks?!? Hahaha
