Today’s total body TABATA workout is quick, sweaty and requires no equipment. Make sure you spend time warming up on your own becuase we are diving right into it today! We are getting through 3 circuits, 4 rounds of each. Using just our body weight to power through each tabata exercise. Since it’s only 20 seconds of work really push yourself for maximum intensity but stay in control of your form! For a longer sweat sesh pair with this arm toning workout for a serious burn!

Would really love a couple of workout programs that do not involve changing from standing to floor/laying exercises so much. For a lot of people this is almost impossible to keep changing the setting.

Whoa! This was my finisher today and boy did it pack a punch! These TABATAs are sneaky little things, but super fun.

I like the short work out. IT’s easy to squeeze in the morning before work. I liked the first half of the circuits. The latter half’s were difficult on my wrists.

I've always struggled with incorporating exercise into my weekly routine (no time, too tired, etc.). I used to do your 3-month workout plan last fall/winter. Then I went back to doing only Barre. I think I had better fitness results when I did HIIT and sweat more.
I decided I need to mix it up more and came back to your workouts. Did not disappoint – I'm sweating so much from such a short workout!!!
