Im loving this new series Lex! Also, as someone who deals with a lot of injuries, I find these types of vids very helpful! Maybe you could do one on rehab for knees and what you can for lower body when suffering with your knees?

15:10 I can't get my arms past my shoulders 😂 They can go to maximum 180 degrees but a I can't remotely do a circular motion with that band …

Perrrrfect video. My shoulder continuously keeps gets dislocated (just happened last week again for the 4th time), which is so damn frustrating because it resets all my progress I've made over months of building back confidence and muscle. I am going to give this a try!! Thanks Lex!

Im so sorry you only saw shitty physios before. Interesting assessment and interesting exercises.
Only thing is: asymmetries do not correlate to pain. Most depressed shoulders do not need fixing, and knee valgus is common and natural and does not need fixing: ask Priscah Jeptoo and any sprinters.
Lex I done my low back in November picking up a towel to the point I was walking like a old man for a week I stay have pain running up each side of my back I was getting pain in my left butt do you no what I can do

I had to do rehab and still it would be good but rehab ‘classes’ or sessions in my country with the therapist are just awful. I was always so depressed and sad after those hours.. But Jake..!! Wish I could go to him, he is so knowledgeable and funny! Rehab would not be a bad thing anymore!
