I'm 4 weeks parcnanant I will try this workout
16 weeks pregnant and not that in shape, but this workout was too easy and the girls wouldn’t stop talking about mundane things. I am doing another lower body workout after this, as I feel like I didn’t even get a workout from this. The workout is prob 12 min, the rest is filler and outtakes

Is it weird I wish this workout was longer? It's great and actually effective. I feel like a lot of prenatal workouts are very chill, which I know they have to be to a certain extent in order to be safe. This workout is safe for mammas and I feel like I'm getting in a real workout. Definitely adding this to my rotation, probably with a cardio warm up.
