I can't thank you enough Jessica! I am an Argentinian cancer survivor, and the fight against that sickness has left me with body movement limitations and much extra weight. The way you talk to your audience makes me feel that your routines are doable and adaptable. I don't feel bad about myself if I cannot do a particular movement because you always provide options. Hey, Jessica…. I'm 63, and needed a workout, but nothing too jarring for my joints. This was perfect, after I've already done another 30 minute video with you….so 50 minutes total with an instructor I really appreciate! AND….Peanut made me laugh out loud today. It is inspiring video to see the demo of ' walk-a-mile' for the people who are lazy to go out. Peanut movements are : it disappeared behind the screen|@11 , emerged out @15 , and started chewing the foot -mat at @16 till end , oblivious to what Jessica was doing.
I've done this workout dozens of times, it is a great entry point into Jessica's videos. Will get you sweating without hurting yourself.
Wish there were some updated walking vids. These are great! Besides I miss Peanut!! 🙂
