I've been following Heather for nearly 2 years now. Heather, you make lockdown workouts the best! I love that I find whatever workout I would want to do.
I started working out with Heather about 3 1/2 years ago mainly to build endurance, strength and stamina due to a very stressful career. This was my therapy during lockdown and also when I was laid off due to Covid. Thank you Heather for portraying a strong, independent, healthy female role model for me and clearly several thousand other people. I am 48 and feel like I am 30!!!

1.) I usually workout barefoot. Does it matter if I wear or don't wear shoes?
2.) Does it matter in what order I take the workouts?
3.) Does it matter if I often do shorter classes that are 30ish mins or less?

✅ Estos vídeos sin repeticiones me gustan porque se me pasa el rato entretenidamente, y además sudo. La verdad es que me gustaría hacer más días entrenamiento de fuerza pero me costaría mucho más y no sería tan constante. Procuro hacer algún día ejercicios de fuerza pero estos vídeos de Hiit sin ejercicios iguales son los que más me gustan. Además, en este caso al hacer los ejercicios con mancuernas estoy cogiendo peso, esto también es bueno para fortalecer mi cuerpo en general aunque no sean para ganar masa muscular. Esta chica hace los vídeos muy limpios y muy bien organizados, y me gusta la música que pone, ¿Qué más se puede pedir? GRACIAS Heather!!!😘

I've been working out with Heather for over two years now and have always followed the 40 min HIIT sessions or the AMRAP ones. However after contracting COVID over Christmas, I've been struggling with super intense workouts. This was the perfect length and mix for someone "easing" into HIIT.
